Our office is located at the “End of the Oregon Trail” in Astoria, Oregon, one of the West Coast’s most historic communities. BSM Engineering has had numerous opportunities to work on historic structures of all kinds, including historic marine structures like the 1914 Port of Astoria Pier.

We are also located in a high wind region along the Oregon Cascade Subduction Zone, which has enabled us to acquire vast experience designing and engineering buildings that are structurally sound and able to withstand a punishing climate.
